Certified Educational Facility Application
The following applies to me:
I am a GPACT Certified Colon Therapist Mentor (or am also completing a Mentor application) who wishes to also become a Certified Educational Facility.
OR
I am currently, or was Previously, an I-ACT or OTHER Certified instructor/School.
OR
I am a practicing Colon Therapy Instructor teaching privately or with affiliation to another association other than GPACT or I-ACT. I would like to become a Certified Educational Facility through GPACT .
